How to get help with Visor, report a bug, or delete your account.

The FAQ covers most of what comes up. If it doesn't cover yours, write to ask@visor.cc. It reaches me directly — Visor is a one-person operation, so give me a couple of days.

Reporting a problem

Include what you can. It's usually enough to say:

your phone and its OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2);
the Visor version, from Settings;
what you were doing when it went wrong, and what happened;
whether it happens every time.

If the app crashed, a crash report has usually already reached me with your account identifier attached — say roughly when it happened and I can find it.

Privacy and legal

For a copy of the data held about you, or a correction to it, email ask@visor.cc and I'll answer within 30 days.

Security reports

Found a vulnerability? Mail tell@visor.cc with the details and please give me a chance to fix it before publishing.
